Question:
We're all supposed to be batching jobs according to Project Blows, right? (8.00am, 12.00pm, 4.00pm, 8.00pm, and 12.00am).
So if a customer leaves a job at my center at 4pm on Monday and tells me he/she will pick it up at 8am Tuesday, should I batch it for the 8am due time the customer and I agreed to, or should I batch it for 12 midnight Tuesday morning?
I realize the question may sound silly--but please, let us all realize the corporation most of us work for--printing logic is NOT their strong suit. But just to give you a clue what goes on in our center...our manager would have me batch it for midnight--and according to her, this is in keeping with Project Blows.
